What to expect

Start with a pick-up from your hotel. Then sit back for a scenic ride out of Bordeaux across the "Route des Châteaux" into Médoc.

Then stop at one winery where you do guided wine tastings, sample different varietals, and learn about the wine making process.

Next, enjoy the lunch (own expense) to relax and taste French cuisine.

After lunch, enjoy one final wine tasting. (only for Full Day Tour)

WINE TOUR IN SAINT EMILION

Highlights

Enjoy a private wine tour in Saint Emilion led by a knowledgeable chauffeur. Taste a variety of wines during stops at 2 wineries in Saint Emilion, Montagne or Pomerol.

Learn about tasting wine, harvesting grapes and making wine as you see vineyards, visit tasting rooms and tour one of the wineries.

In 1999 the vineyard and the 8 villages of the Jurisdiction of Saint-Émilion were listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its "cultural landscape". A world first!

It is not only a remarkable natural heritage but also a considerable historical and architectural heritage with the medieval city of Saint-Émilion,

VEHICLE SERVICES WITH DRIVERS - VTC BORDEAUX GIRONDE

ART.1 CONDITIONS AND ACCEPTANCE

The customer acknowledges having read the General Conditions of Sale at the time of booking.

ART.2: OFFERS

Our offers are made without obligation on our part, the reservation is effective after our acceptance of the request.

ART.3: RESERVATIONS
The reservation is worth full acceptance by the customer of these Terms.
All reservations must be made via the website (www.Vtc-Bordeaux-Gironde.com), email, phone call or SMS.
Each reservation must include the customer's name, email address, telephone number, departure and arrival address, date and time of the service as well as the number of passengers and the number of pieces of luggage.
An e-mail or SMS confirmation will be sent to confirm your reservation.

ART.4: RATES
Our rates are available on request by email or phone (contact@vtc-Bordeaux-Gironde.com & 02.99.83.53.33) and indicated as an indication via our calculation module "estimate your race" on the page "book" .
Advertised fares are expressed in Euros, according to the number of passengers (type of vehicle used), the hour of the service (night rate between 19h and 7h) and the day (higher rate on Sundays and public holidays).
Rates may be changed at any time without notice, unless a quote has been previously prepared.
Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Our rates include:

The transport of luggage and animals in their transport crate
The provision of a child seat upon prior request

Fuel costs and unlimited passenger insurance & their luggage

ART.5: BENEFITS
The service is carried out on the day and at the hour specified during the booking, the drivers are punctual, except in case of force majeure (accident, difficulty of circulation etc ...).
In case of delay of the customer (late flight or train for example) the first 15 minutes are included in the invoice price, then 15 € for every 30 minutes of waiting.
In the case where the customer having booked and / or settled a service does not show up at the place and time he has indicated himself, so that the carrier would be unable to provide care, the responsibility of Vtc Bordeaux Gironde can not be committed, no refund or compensation will be due, and / or the service would be due in its entirety.
Vtc Bordeaux Gironde reserves the right to refuse a race if one or more of the persons transported is drunk, under the influence of drugs, or whose agitated and / or violent behavior may affect the safety of the persons transported and / or the driver.

ART.6: CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation of the booking by the client, Vtc Bordeaux Gironde will retain a cancellation fee based on the total amount including tax. This compensation is calculated, according to the time between the reserved date and the date when Vtc Bordeaux Gironde was informed of the cancellation:

1- For services with a total amount of VAT of less than 300 €:

Within 6 hours of booking: 100% of compensation deducted
Between 24 hours and 6 hours before the reservation: 50% of compensation retained
More than 24 hours before the booking: 0% of indémnité

2- For the services of a total amount TTC higher than or equal to 300 €:

Within 48 hours of the reservation: 100% of compensation deducted
Between 7 days and 48 hours before booking: 50% of compensation
More than 7 days before booking: 0% of indémnité

ART.7: PAYMENT

ART.7.1: PRICE
The price of the services is that of the tariff in force at the time of the order, according to the estimate previously established by Vtc Bordeaux Gironde, and accepted by the customer.

ART.7.2: PAYMENT TERMS
The private client is obliged to pay the benefit on the day of the service.
The professional client has the obligation to pay the service within 30 days upon receipt of the invoice.
Invoices are payable in cash on receipt (unless otherwise stipulated) minus installments already paid.
In case of late payment by the customer, late penalties, corresponding to a percentage of the amount inclusive of the amounts due by the latter, will automatically and automatically acquired at Vtc Bordeaux Gironde from the day after the date of payment. invoice, without any formalities or formal notice.
